• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Timeline

• Standard delivery: 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

• Metro cities may receive orders faster, while remote areas may take longer.

• You will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

4. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on all orders above 3KG - Within Tamil Nadu.

• For orders below 3KG, an Essential fee of ₹20 will be applied.

• For orders out of Tamil Nadu above 10KG the Standard fee is ₹50 

• For orders out of Tamil Nadu, below 10KG the Standard fee is ₹40
