How to Use:

• Rinse the rice thoroughly under cold water until the water runs clear.

• Soak for 30 minutes prior to cooking to enhance texture and decrease cooking time.

• Cook in a ratio of 1 part rice to 2.5 parts water. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 25-30 minutes or until water is absorbed and rice is tender.

• Serve as a side dish with curries, vegetables, or meat, or use in traditional recipes like biryanis or pongal for a nutritious twist.
